I have a strange/unique request, can you do it?

Yes. We do this all the time. Please contact us and we will endeavour to make exactly what you are after.

 

Is Embassy Florist a real shop?

 You bet! We've been a popular florist in Canberra City for 40 years. We are a real "Bricks and Mortar" shop located outside the Canberra Centre on City Walk. This means that you are dealing directly with us and you will receive maximum value and personalised service from staff who care.

 

Do you offer a guarantee?

 Absolutely. Our guarantee is here.

 

 Do you charge for delivery?

 Yes, $15.00 for delivery to Canberra and Queanbeyan suburbs. However, we may charge extra for regional deliveries that are outside our core delivery area. Should this be the case, we will contact you first.

 

Substitution Policy

Please be aware that some flowers are seasonal and may not be available for various reasons. A suitable substitution will then be made of equal or greater value.

 

Do I need to "create an account" to order?

 No. We don't ask you to create an account nor do we send spam as a result of ordering with us. However, as part of the checkout process, our system does offer you the opportunity to create an account. There are some advantages for you to do this as you can look up previous orders, store addresses etc. Our full privacy policy is here.

 

Can I cancel my online order?

 Yes, if the order hasn't already been made up. In some cases, there may be an administration charge of $15 (but this is rare). Please call the shop on 02 6257 3663 as soon as possible.

 

Can I send my own handwritten message?

 We usually hand write your message for you however, If time permits, you are welcome to post a handwritten message to us and we will deliver it with your flower gift. It is essential that you contact us to make suitable arrangements. Our postal address is:

I cannot find what I want?

Please contact us and we can make up a special order to your requirements.

 

Can I add gift vouchers from other shops?

Yes as long as your order is made prior to the day of delivery. We are next door to the Canberra Centre so it usually is no problem to grab a gift voucher on your behalf. All the majors are in the Canberra Centre. In the past Itunes Cards and Perfume vouchers have been popular. It is essential that you contact us to make suitable arrangements for this service. A service charge of $20 applies.
